Electric IBC tank agitator - 915 rpm + universal adapter

A powerful and versatile agitator for quickly homogenising liquids in IBC tanks

Designed for 1000-litre IBC/IBC containers, this 915 rpm electric agitator is a high-performance solution for simple and effective agitation: homogenisation, resuspension, preparation of solutions or maintenance of the mixture before racking.

Thanks to its 1.1 kW motor and Ø 160 mm propeller, it generates fluid circulation in the tank, limiting stagnant areas and improving the consistency of your mixtures.

Agitation performance: high flow rate and optimised speed

This model is designed to offer an excellent compromise between mixing speed and operating stability:

• Rotation speed: 915 rpm

• Flow rate: 203 m³/h

• Hydraulic speed: 2.8 m/s

• Axial force: 23 N / Radial force: 11 N

➡️ Result: uniform mixing, suitable for short, repeated agitation operations, particularly with technical liquids.

Product compatibility: up to 2000 cps viscosity

Universal mounting: easy installation on 1000 L IBC tanks

The agitator is supplied with a mounting crossbar for 1000 L IBC tanks.
It is equipped with a universal 304L stainless steel crossbar (250 × 250 mm) for easy mounting on the tank.

➡️ A real bonus in operation: a multi-purpose agitator that is easy to use and economical, ideal for sites that alternate between several preparations.

Robust construction: 316L stainless steel on the submerged part

To ensure durability in an industrial environment, the shaft and propeller assembly is made of 316L stainless steel.
The standard shaft length of 900 mm is suitable for IBC tanks, reaching the useful mixing area.

Industrial motor: IP55 protection

The motor is designed for workshop/industrial use:

• 230/400 V – three-phase 50 Hz

• IP55 rating

The choice of agitator depends on the viscosity, application and environment (Axesspack can assist you).

Recommendations for use:

• 0 to 1 hour/day for a volume of 0 to 500 L (density 0 to 1.5 kg/L – viscosity 0 to 2000 cps)

• 0 to 15 minutes/day for a volume of 500 to 1,000 L (density 0 to 1.2 kg/L – viscosity 0 to 2,000 cps)

Points to consider before purchasing

• If the space above the tank is ≤ 282 mm, Axesspack recommends a compressed air motor (an electric motor requires more height).

• In aggressive environments, special coatings should be provided (agitation unit and gear motor).
