Very slow and continuous agitation for viscous liquids in IBC tanks
This electric agitator for 1000-litre IBC tanks, operating at 104 rpm, is designed for industrial applications requiring very slow, gentle and perfectly controlled agitation over long periods or in continuous operation.
It is particularly suitable for viscous, sensitive or highly decanting products, for which gradual mixing is essential in order to preserve the structure of the product while ensuring its homogeneity.
Gentle, stable and regular agitation
Thanks to its large Ø 400 mm propeller, the agitator generates a flow rate of 195 m³/h, combined with a moderate hydraulic speed of 0.44 m/s.
This configuration allows the product to circulate smoothly in the tank, without excessive shearing or degradation of the material.

Points to consider before purchasing

If the space above the tank is ≤ 282 mm, Axesspack recommends a compressed air motor (an electric motor requires more height).

In aggressive environments, special coatings should be provided (agitation unit and gear motor).
