IBC Tank Silicone Mat Heater - 2700W + Digital Therm 0-150°C + Plug

The silicone IBC heater mat is an effective way of maintaining the temperature or heating viscous or semi-solid products, making them very easy to empty with minimal, if any, product loss.

Easy to install and use: simply remove the container from the IBC frame and fit the silicone base heater to the bottom of the frame. Then replace the container on top of the heating mat and you're ready to go.

Use the DigiTherm digital controller for precise control, a timer function and the ability to slowly heat the contents.

Made from highly durable and resistant silicone materials.

Can be combined with an insulated or heated cover for optimum performance.

With a power rating of 2700W, the mat can heat, for example, water in a fully loaded IBC from 15°C to 70°C in less than 40 hours.
