200 L Drum Heating jacket - 450W (0-90°C)

This 450 Watts drum heating jacket allows you to heat or maintain an appropriated temperature in your  200 L drum, thanks to 1 integrated thermostat (from 0°C to 90 °C). This 450 Watts drum heating jacket is suitable for 200 liters metal and plastic drums.

These jacket is ideally suited for the warming of a variety of products including fats, oils and foodstuffs. Used throughout the world by a multitude of industries from pharmaceutical to chemical, cosmetic to food, this heating jacket is the ideal solution for heating liquid materials stored in metal or plastic 200 L drums.

This heating jacket is manufactured from lightweight but resilient materials and fitted with adjustable quick release buckles for ease of installation and removal. Temperature is regulated via an in-built thermostat up to a maximum of 90c for plastic drums.

The heating element is stitched into an insulated jacket made from a water resistant, Teflon/Polyester matrial, insulated with a stiched blanket of needled silica glass complete with quick release buckles for ease of installation construction for safety.

Health and safety :

• This heater jacket is manufactured to conform to the EEC low voltage and EMC directives and is CE marked accordingly.
• It is advised that power to the heater jacket be disconnected when the container is either empty or being filled, or upon installation or removal of the heater itself.
• It is recommended that the unit be operated in a dry environment with the drum vented to avoid build up of internal pressure.
