This 3x1330 Watts IBC heating jacket allows you to heat or maintain an appropriated temperature in your  IBC, thanks to 3 integrated thermostats (from 0°C to 90 °C). It comes with an insulated lid for a better and faster heating.

- Suitable for IBCs (from 660 L to 1500 L)
- 5 metres supply cable (2*1mm², PVC insulated, sheathed, galvanised steel wire braided)
- 3 x Integrated adjustable thermostat from 0 to 90°C

Thermostat limit peg : Choose your own thermostat maximum temperature !

thermostat-limitateur.jpgIn your manufacturing process, you may need to limit the maximum temperature of a heating jacket (due to safety, product quality, etc..). With Axesspack, each heating jacket thermostat has a limit peg that lets you choose the maximum temperature of your jacket according to your needs. The limit peg is initially placed to maximum and does not limit the heating power. A simple manipulation of the thermostat will allow you to move the limit peg according to your needs.

Materials used : It incorporates a heavy duty waterproofed nylon outer material, fitted with adjustable retaining straps and quick release clips. A high thermal efficiency layer of insulation is held in place between the outer cover and the inner element carrier. The silicone insulated heating element is woven back and forth along the length of the carrier. The braided supply cable and thermostat housing is retained by a polycarbonate gland and an insulating plate.
