Also called "pas d'artillerie", this is the most common thread in France.
An S60x6 thread on an IBC valve has the following characteristics:
1. An outlet diameter of the tank valve between 58 and 61 mm on the thread.
2. A number of threads on the tank valve between 3 and 4.
3. 3. A thread gap of 6 mm.
If your tank valve matches these characteristics, it is a S60x6 threaded valve.

The thread form is executed at two different angles:
A/ at an angle of 45° for threads larger than 1 mm.
B/ at an angle of 30° for threads smaller than 1 mm.
